Our HHO kits are designed so anyone can install them. You do not have to be a mechanic or electrician either. Our fully illustrated manuals clearly explain the process for everyone and we offer free tech support if you need help.
The HHO kit hardware is straightforward for every car or truck: Install the 3 components (Generator, Reservoir, and filter); connect them with provided hoses and clamps, and connect the wiring (also included). At that point you are ready to fill up and run your kit.
However, If your car has fuel injection (most cars newer than 1999), you need to install a gas or diesel tuner so that the car computer knows to lean out the fuel when HHO gas is being injected. The gas tuner connects to the signal wire of the O2 sensors and MAF. We show you how to easily locate these wires in less than 5 minutes. You simply connect the wires to the tuner and use a voltage meter to adjust the tuner to suggested settings, then take it out to test.
Sometimes a little tweaking is recommended to find optimal settings for your car – which is best found by driving around. The best settings are when your car actually has better acceleration and pick up (no loss of power), and idles quietly and smoothly, and still gets amazing results.
After that, just check your water from time to time, and top off when necessary. You start saving IMMEDIATELY, from day one. Drive it around, test it out, fill up and see the results for yourself. Then just make a tiny adjustment on the tuner and see if it makes it even better. You will soon find the perfect adjustment. This can take a day or so, but once you find the best setting, you’re done and don’t have to touch it again. And if you need to turn off the HHO system for any reason- it automatically reverts to the OEM settings.
@Abraham
We have the basic kit with no tuners for older cars and trucks that use carburetors. We offer the gas or diesel tuner at a discount with the kit, to those who need one. If you look at the drop down menu on each kit size, you will see the option you need

@Anthony
HHO kits break the covalent bonds of the water creating huge amounts of both hydrogen and oxygen, which is drawn into the engine. The O2 sensors job in the exhaust is to measure the levels of oxygen and determine if the engine needs more or less gas. When we inject the HHO gas, the sensors react to that 33% oxygen rich mix, the O2 sensors tell the engine to add more fuel to burn up that extra oxygen. That’s why many people get worse results, not better, and they blame the technology, when in reality the tech worked.
We have learned to work with the sensors. Our gas tuners allow us to adjust those signals so the car computer thinks it needs to lean out the fuel, not add more. This is critical to long term success of an hho kit.
@Adam
This is a common question in this industry. Here are the challenges to doing that:
!) We have no control over the condition of the car/maintenance of the engine it is installed on. If it if is badly maintained or if the O2 sensors are very old, it can affect the results.
2) We have no control over the quality of the installation. Some people are so excited to get results, that they do a bad or sloppy job installing the kit, not observing our safety protocols or critical adjustments. The they complain the kit isn’t working, when, after a dozen emails we find out it is because they never did key things, like install the gas tuner and adjust it properly. These same people demanded a refund, but didn’t do the complete install. DO you see the problem?
3) Many hho kit sellers are only in it because they see a quick way to make a buck – most have only maybe installed something in their car that worked for awhile, and that’s it. They have no confidence or experience to put their sales on the line, because they don’t care.
4) I have found that 98% of the time the reason the kit did not work, is because they did not install and adjust the gas or diesel tuner properly. It’s a bit of challenge and can intimidate people who have never done it. But if you follow our instructions, it WILL work.
RE: “I haven’t seen anything online of anyone actually getting this to work on any vehicle aside from people who are selling them.”
Fair statement. But just because you haven’t seen it, doesn’t mean they aren’t out there. I have personally traveled to Australia, Brazil, Thailand many times on my own dime, getting greasy, crawling under trucks and busses and cars, installing demo kits at no charge for bif potential clients, so they could actually see it with their own eyes. Would anyone do that if the tech didn’t work? I’d be the worst scammer in the world…
I have been doing this for 14 years. I personally didn’t believe it would work. I built my own crude model and it actually saved me money. But back then it was 50-50. No one knew why it worked for some, and not others.
But we have been at this a long time – longer than most, and on my last 4 week trip to Brazil every single vehicle I put my hands on got an increase. 100% success rate. Why? Because I know what I’m doing. And I can help others do the same thing, if they just follow our examples and instructions.
The best proof is seeing it for yourself. Get a cheap kit from China if you have to, or build a junky handmade model from Ace hardware parts like I did. It won’t last, but it may convince you the tech works.
Last thing: In 2014, we had seen enough good results to take this niche to a whole new level. We raised almost $300,000 in personal loans to invest in a major new design innovation. Would ANYBODY that you know take that kind of risk, without having any guarantee it would sell, if he wasn’t convinced the tech would work? That would make me the worlds dumbest scammer. And I am neither. HHO kits work, but you have to know how and why, and do the work. But the first time you see your car go from 300 miles a tank to 450 miles a tank will blow you away, and you’ll be hooked. We’ve had customers do even better than that.
Why don’t you guys have a fuel economy guarantee? It seems like although you can’t promise individually that it will work, I haven’t seen anything online of anyone actually getting this to work on any vehicle aside from people who are selling them.
would this work on my Mercedes CLA250 2016 ? would it make the air quality sensor “erratic”? if so how can i deal with the sensor?
Hi my gasoline car is a CX7 Mazda Sports mode. Is the gas tuner included in your kit?
