HOW DOES AN HHO KIT WORK?

Can HHO HELP you? Is it really possible to get better mileage out of the same tank of gas using water? Can it Really drop emissions? You BET...read more here to understand this technology

The most advanced HHO kit available

Our HHO kits are more advanced than any kit available anywhere in the world today.

COMPARE: We use a molded 3D gasket; our Triple Redundant O-Ring, for superior sealing against leaks (compared to crushed flat gaskets and steel plates). Our Hose nozzles are molded into our cell casings preventing all leaks from the threaded fittings that our competitors use;  and because they are on the top and bottom instead of the end caps, our hho generators are HALF the thickness, making them much easier to fit into tight places - saving you time!

Our electrodes are molded into the high temp plastic using proprietary techniques that took many months to develop. This allows our electrodes, end plates and cell casings to "Mate" perfectly, and provides the perfect seal using our custom gaskets.

 LIFETIME WARRANTY!

That's why we are confident to now offer a Lifetime warranty on all our HHO generators!

WHAT COMES IN THE KITS?

Complete HHO kits with hho generator, hoses, wires, connectors, mounting brackets, and electrolyte

All of our advanced HHO Kits include the fully assembled 800 series Generator with its Lifetime Warranty; The reservoir, filter, electronics, wires, hoses, connectors, etc. Everything needed to install and run the kit on your vehicle.

TESTIMONIALS

"I Purchased an HHO Kit from you back in March 2011, installed it into a 1988 Holden Commodore with a V6 3.8 litre GM motor...I replaced the standard spark plugs for "Brisk Premium" plugs... running sweet since. Averaged around 6 to 7 litres per 100 km down from around 15. The price of fuel (92 octane) yesterday was $1.53 per litre. Do the math!"

"We just completed our first test on the H2 Hummer. We are proud to report that our first test is complete and we ran 567 miles and we got 19.6 MPG exactly (up from 7-9 mpg). We are unaware of any H2 getting better MPG. No failures and no warning lights. Woo Hoo. We'll test more and keep you posted." - Rick

" Hi Bob,just returned from my trip to Calgary and area.I did 1548.55 miles and used 42.1 gallons of gas,in my reckoning I got 36.78 mpg (up from 22 mpg). I am very happy with the result. As you know most of the trip was in the mountains climbing over 6000 feet at one point, even had the a/c on for part of the trip....Talk later- Roger Taylor"

How much money can I save with your HHO kit?

May 17, 2022

The amount of money saved by burning your fuel more efficiently using the on- demand hydrogen-oxygen our kits inject, is determined by a couple of factors: 1) How big is your engine? Let's say you are getting 15 miles per gallon now, You could get 23 mpg with our kit (a 53% increase). I did that with my Chevy Trailblazer. Instead of filling up every 4 days, you could go 6 or 7 days on the same tank. Instead of filling up 7 times a month, now you fill up just 4 times, for example. You could save 3 tanks of gas every month! Smaller engines would do even better.3 Tanks of gas = 3 x 15 gallons x $5.00 per...

How much water does your HHO kit use?

May 14, 2022

That's a good question. Normal HHO systems get pretty hot because of the amount of amperage they use trying to produce enough HHO gas to affect their mileage. Most older systems are similar. Once they get hot, some of the product produced is HHO gas, but some is actually steam. Because of that- the water is used up quickly and needs to be refilled every few days. Part of the reason this happens is that every system out there (except ours), has exposed edges in every plate. If they are a dry cell with compressed neoprene gaskets, they still have holes in every plate to allow the water to pass from one cell to the next. every hole is an...

If this HHO kit works, why doesn't the auto industry have them in their cars already?

May 12, 2022

In the early days of HHO kits and people developing and experimenting with on- demand hydrogen and do-it-yourself hho kits, we did actually have a couple of the big manufacturers express interest (Ford and GM). Ford was in the background watching the developments, GM was interested enough to have one of their plant managers contact me to fly me to their plant and teach them about hho technology. The problem was that it was the GM plant in CHINA. They manufacture the big American cars there and wanted to talk about the possibility of working with them.Since China has a horrible reputation of stealing new tech (literally within weeks), I told them I wasn't interested.I think Ford watched everything going...

How much HHO is too much?

May 11, 2022

This is a common question regarding HHO kits. For years, the standard response seemed to all point to someone's conclusion that too much HHO actually makes you lose mileage, so you only need .5 to 1 liter max.I'm not sure who actually decided this, but I'm pretty sure it was to offer an excuse for their poorly performing kits.We found during real world testing in Brazil, that the OPPOSITE is true, IF you know what you are doing. Case in point:  One of our tests in Goiania, Brazil, was a 2015 commercial diesel bus with a Euro5 engine (cleanest running diesel available). We were granted access to install and test a commercial unit. We initially inquired as to the size...

Huge Success with our Commercial grade HHO kits in Brazil!

May 05, 2022

I never shared with our customers and large subscriber list that we were developing and testing commercial units as well as improving current kits and adjustment procedures. Mostly because we were negotiating major deals that took a long time after I got back, and I had to keep quiet.I was in Brazil for 4 weeks total in Southern Brazil- Goiania. The first week or so was plagued with one problem after another and spotty results as we were testing on big rigs (real world testing with benchmarks and identical routes and fuel). I couldn't figure out why we'd just be getting results, and suddenly they would disappear, or drop. Some trucks we'd get nothing. It was very frustrating because our testing...

Do you have any commercial HHO systems with results?

May 04, 2022

There has been a lot going on behind the scenes these last few years before Covid. We spent a great deal of time and money developing commercial trucking and bus units that could endure the rigors of the road without failing. I will be posting more about that in upcoming posts ( the final results were amazing!). People have asked why they aren't on the website? Simple. Almost everything successful that we developed over the years was quickly copied or knocked off by our competitors. I spent years developing, installing, actually riding with the truckers, getting feedback, and revising the systems. Remember- anyone can make a cheap kit, pour a ton of current through it to make an overhyped result,...
