How much water does your HHO kit use?

That's a good question. Normal HHO systems get pretty hot because of the amount of amperage they use trying to produce enough HHO gas to affect their mileage. Most older systems are similar. Once they get hot, some of the product produced is HHO gas, but some is actually steam. Because of that- the water is used up quickly and needs to be refilled every few days.

Part of the reason this happens is that every system out there (except ours), has exposed edges in every plate. If they are a dry cell with compressed neoprene gaskets, they still have holes in every plate to allow the water to pass from one cell to the next. every hole is an exposed edge. We have found that it is the edges of the cut stainless that leach into the water and turn it brown quickly. Or if your system gets over a certain temperature, which then changes the electrolyte chemically and stops production of HHO gas.

But when we engineered our new 800 series from the ground up, we designed it to have no exposed edges internally. There are no holes in the inner plates. Everything is covered, either by plastic retainers or molded plastic. It is what makes our hho generators unique and more advanced than anything available.

We didn't know how well our system would work. We knew what we wanted to achieve, but no one has ever done this at the level we were trying, so it was a crapshoot. Boy were we surprised when we started firing them up in our own test vehicles! First of all, the water stays clean! It doesn't get thick, brown, or murky. Second of all, we found that because of the efficiency, it barely used water at all compared to the old style!

Sometimes just a half liter of water a week is all that is needed! It's crazy to think you can save $50 or more on a tank of gas, using just $1.00 or less of water!!!

I'll be installing in my Toyota Tundra soon and giving some updated videos and mileage results, so stay tuned!

The use of electrolyte is actually not a large amount at all. The naOH is not consumed in large quantities. Because we are breaking the water into molecular structures, even the water is not consumed in large quantities (1800 liters of hho gas per liter of water approx). As the water is consumed, a very small trace amount of electrolyte is in the gas, which is why it must be filtered. But for the most part, the electrolyte remains while the water is slowly consumed, which is why amperage goes up as electrolyte is condensed. When you add more water, it gets levels back to normal.
RE: cost in Malaysia. Sorry- I cant do anything about that. Carbon credits are a political reward, and only the politicians make money from it. SO if they arent rewarded, they arent interested in helping. Trust me- I spent a whole year talking to very well connected politicians discussing that issue. Not a one of them was interested in helping if they didnt get their “cut”.

@Ben
The short answer is YES! Our HHO kits Work on gasoline (petrol), diesel, biodiesel (like vegetable oil), natural gas, CNG/LPG gasses. Any hydrocarbon chain can be enhanced by the increased burn rate and cleaning abilities of HHO. It basically extracts more energy out of the fuel inside the engine, where it counts, which is why emissions drop and mileage goes up. The photo on our home page banner is a 2015 commercial bus with a VW MANN diesel engine (EURO 5 standards), and we still got them a 45% increase in mileage. Our HHO kits will work on both of yours…

I have a 2003vw diesel and 2001 Ram diesel both running on veggie oil. Will this system work for me

Hello Robert,
HHO’s biggest issue is the frequent refilling with KOH. How does your system handle this issue.

The Second issue is that the fuel cost in Malaysia is very low and savings is not exciting to the fleet owners. What we require is a Green technology for diesel engines where Carbon Credit can be secured with Clean Exhaust Emission. How can you address this major issue.
Thank you very much
Very best regards
Pawiz
