our line of hydrogen generators

The 77 Series Hydrogen Generator Details

The 77 designation is the exterior size - these units are only 7" X 7" but pack the power of a much larger unit!

Our Generators are designated by the number of cells in it. Each Cell has a certain number of plates inside it, spaced a specific distance apart from each other.

Is This A DRY CELL?

NO! The internal structure is Better than a dry cell - it is not a wet cell either (though it shares some features of both) and is another part of our patent. It combines the strengths of both, while eliminating the weaknesses of each design. This is why I call it a HYBRID CELL

So our Tiny Titan 771 (seen below, left) is a One Cell Unit. The Powerhouse 772 is a 2 cell unit, and the Mega-Brick 773 is a 3 cell unit. This is one of the things that makes our units unique- each cell is independent of the other and can run by itself.

Our system is completely customizable by the number of cells desired. If you have the space and the power, we can build it.

Our UNIQUE Electrodes

The electrodes are the entry of power into any hydrogen generator or HHO Kit. They are also the major point of weakness of almost EVERY HHO Generator. Why? Because BOLTS are usually used to carry the current into most configurations, and BOLTS are horrible carriers of current, this is something we have proven in one of our research videos.

A bolt going into a plastic of any kind will quickly overheat and melt at anything over 25 - 28 amps of current. The temperature ratings sky rocket over 30 amps which on most units = meltdown, leaks.

One of our patent pending approaches is to remove the bolt through the plastic entirely. You can see in the picture to the left the 2 stainless electrodes extending out of the 771 (we have many revisions of this covered in our patent). Now, granted, the wires are bolted to the terminals, but the connectors are directly touching the electrodes (NOT traveling through the bolts).

The end result? Our hydrogen generators don't get hotter than about 114 - 117 degrees on the electrodes even after running at 35 amps (Brute Force- no PWM) for hours! When tested with bolts under the same circumstance- the bolts quickly soared over 250 F degrees- WAY over the 180-190 F degree melting (forming) point of most plastics.

And Speaking of Plastics...

Our cells are engineered of a high tech plastic used in industrial settings. It is such an incredible plastic that it costs almost as much as aluminum! The makes it very expensive (as much as $35-$40 for one 7 inch square without any machining!) Ouch!

The upside? This high tech plastic can withstand temperatures of around 378 F degrees- way higher than any clear acrylic plates or HDPE plastic plates used on all Dry Cells today. That makes our HHO Generators among the most robust available today!

COMPARE OUR HYBRID CELL TO THE OTHERS!
